I refer to the State Infrastructure Strategy Progress Report released in December 2023, pages 39-41 titled "Water", specifically "Strategy recommendation and government action/s", and I ask: (a) With reference to recommendation 48 "Modernise legislative, regulatory and planning frameworks for water resources and water services" Action 66 "Draft legislation to implement water resources management in line with the State Climate Policy": (i) The timeline for this actions deliverable was 2023, has this action been delivered in its entirety; (ii) If not, has implementation been accelerated to meet completion time frames as listed in the IWA comment for this action; and (iii) Has this resulted now in the completion of this action: (A) If not, why not? (B) When will this action be delivered?
