In response to the previous Minister for Tourism’s letter to me (Ref 28-15858) of 22 February 2010, which reveals some detailed information regarding Tourism Western Australia and One Movement’s $2.9million contract, I ask:
(a) as the letter stated that Tourism Western Australia is contractually barred from disclosing the agreements I sought, how did the Minister release some information to me, including the names of the people who signed the agreement, if disclosure of the agreements is barred;
(b) will the Minister table all information in the agreements between Tourism Western Australia and One Movement that the Minister does not deem to be barred; and
(c) can the Minister table the exact sentence(s) in the agreement which specifies the barring of release of information to me or others?
