(1) Yes. (2) The tripartite WorkSafe Western Australia Commission is carrying out a review of the fatigue regulations only in regard to two-up or two-driver operations. Submissions to the draft code of practice are currently being considered. (3) (a) The road freight industry has actively promoted and applied the new regulations pertaining to fatigue management for commercial vehicle drivers. Proposed changes will result in an improved safety outcome. (b) No further changes to the regulations are planned at this point in time. The livestock industry has made a submission on the draft code of practice. Its input will be considered by the tripartite WorkSafe Western Australia Commission.
