I thank the member for some notice of this question.
(1) (a)–(b)
The term of Mr Andrew Murray's appointment is 8 June 2013 to 7 June
2016 and his remuneration is $111 377 per annum, excluding superannuation; Sue
Middleton, 8 June 2013 to 7 June 2016, $40 160 per annum, excluding
superannuation; Mr Timothy Shanahan, 8 June 2013 to 7 June 2016, $12 500 per
annum, excluding superannuation; Mr Peter Rundle, 28 February 2013 to 27 February
2014, which is one year, $12 500 per annum, excluding superannuation; and Mr
Paul Rosair, 8 June 2013 to 7 June 2016, not applicable. As there is currently
one vacant member position, this is not applicable.
(c) Mr Andrew
Murray is the chair of the trust.
(2) The trust
provides advice to the Minister for Regional Development on matters relating to
the operation of the royalties for regions fund. The subsidiary accounts of the
royalties for regions fund consist of the country local government fund—that
does not exist anymore; the regional community services fund; the regional
infrastructure and headworks fund; and any other account determined by the
Treasurer, on the recommendation of the minister, to be a subsidiary account.
(3) For details relating to the remuneration of members,
refer to the answer above.
(4) The trust
meets approximately every two months, and on other occasions as required.
Meetings are held in Perth, and on occasions in regional locations.
