(1) Is the minister aware whether penalties have been waived or whether a waiver is being considered for Gascoyne Water Co-operative Ltd growers who have overdrawn their water allocations? (2) If yes, does the minister support this waiver? (3) What action will the minister take to assist the growers who stayed within their water allocations, yet suffered substantial losses in doing so?
