Is the Leader of the House aware that the Delegated Legislation Committee has not been established and that all delegated legislation that has been enacted since 10 February has not been subjected to parliamentary scrutiny?  Is this a deliberate strategy by the Government to avoid scrutiny, or will a committee be formed very soon?
