BANKSIA ROAD WASTE
FACILITY
587. Hon DIANE EVERS to the Minister for Environment:
I refer to Cleanaway's
Banksia Road waste facility.
(1) Is the minister aware of any
licensing breaches that have occurred on the site in the past five years?
(2) If yes to
(1), can the minister please provide details including when the breach
occurred, the nature of the breach and what was done to rectify the issue?
(3) Will the
minister please table the results of any water monitoring performed at the site
over the past five years; and, if not, why not?

I thank the member for some notice
of the question, but I will make the point that asking for five years'
worth of information in a question without notice of which some notice is given
is, I think, unreasonable. The Minister for Environment has provided the
following answer.
Due
to the level of detail required in the time permitted, I ask that the
honourable member put this question on notice.
