INVESTIGATIONS
639. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH to the Minister for Mental
Health:
I refer to question on notice 5750 and to the two matters of
serious misconduct that were investigated by the Chief Psychiatrist in 2010–11.
(1) Can the minister advise the house of the nature of the
alleged serious misconduct?
(2) If no to (1), why not?

The Chief Psychiatrist is getting legal advice regarding the release of this
information. When the Chief Psychiatrist has provided me with his advice, I
will write to the member providing information in accordance with the advice of
the State SolicitorXXX ###XXXs Office.
