LABOUR RELATIONS REFORM BILL 2002, IMPACT ON DISABILITY SECTOR EMPLOYEES
(1) If the Labour Relations Reform Bill becomes law in its current form, how will it impact on the disability sector? (2) If the Bill will improve working conditions and remuneration for disability sector employees, does the Government intend to increase funding for organisations that employ such people in order to offset those increased costs? Those agencies will have no difficulties as a result of the Labour Relations Reform Bill. (2) The impact of the Bill will be assessed on an agency-by-agency basis. (3) The quality of services provided to people with disabilities is paramount at all times. The Government is committed to continuing the quality and growth of services in this area.
