(1) With reference to the Statement of Comprehensive Income and funding for non-government organisations (NGO), for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, for the years 2013-14 and 2014-15, can the Minister please provide: (a) as a percentage of the department's overall Cost of Services the percentage of NGO funding; (b) the NGO funding broken down into for and not for-profit; (c) a list of those NGOs; and (d) the total funding that each for-profit non-government organisation received, and how has this varied from the previous reporting period? (2) With reference to the Statement of Comprehensive Income and funding for non-government organisation (NGO), for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, for the years 2013-14 and 2014-15, can the Minister please provide: (a) the number of occasions that the department has raised concerns, of any nature, both within and outside of normal contract management activities, with funded NGOs about the delivery of community services; and (b) of those occasions, if any: (i) the name of the organisation or organisations involved; (ii) the nature of the concern raised; and (iii) how the concern was addressed? (3) With reference to the number of full time equivalent staff recorded within the "Disclosures and Legal Compliance" section of the Annual Report, can the Minister please advise for each department, agency or government-trading enterprise within the Minister's portfolio of responsibilities, for the years 2013-14 and 2014-15: (a) how many people are employed to undertake contract management activities; and (b) of those employed their position title and classification?
