000 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER
(1) I refer to calls to the emergency 000 number in the 12 months to June 2010 — (a) how many calls have gone unanswered? (b) how many callers had to dial the number multiple times before getting through; and (c) how many callers waited longer than a minute before being answered?
