(i) In 2020 there was one complaint received relating to a breach of regulation 43(2)(e) of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 and a further two complaints in the 2022 year.
(ii) The three complaints received were investigated in the years stated above.
(iii) Nil

· The matter investigated in 2020 related to advertising of a permitted gaming function where an inducement of $100 was offered to a player at the event. The advertising ceased once the investigation commenced after the subject was contacted.
· The two matters investigated in 2022 related to advertising by a Northern Territory licensed bookmaker where inducements were offered to potential customers if they deposited funds with them. The advertising ceased once the investigation commenced and the bookmaker was contacted.
