(2) Does the Public Transport Authority keep records on the number of individuals who are fined multiple times on Transperth services? (3) If yes to (2), in each financial year listed in (1), how many people were fined: (a) more than three times; (b) more than five times; and (c) more than ten times?

(1)(a)-(f) Insofar as the Public Transport Authority is concerned, I refer the Member to the answer provided for the total number of fare evasion related infringements issued in 2009, 2010 and from January 2011 to August 2011 previously provided in Parliamentary Question 4716 across rail and metropolitan and regional town bus services.
I therefore now provide you with the total number of infringements issued for fare related offences across rail and metropolitan and regional town bus services each month for the remainder of 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and from January to March 2015 [see tabled paper no.].
