We are dealing with
a range of issues across the health service providers all the time. As I have
already said, there is now a process in place for these to be reported to the
department through the Chief Health Officer and for appropriate remediation
actions to be put in place. Our hospitals are safe.

Ms Meredith Hammat: I expect our health service
providers to have regular testing regimes and to follow the new direction so
that the results are reported through the department and to manage the
remediation so that continues to be the case.
