I refer to the $145 million Armadale Road dual carriageway upgrade between Anstey Road and Tapper Road project, and ask: (a) Has a business case been produced; (b) Will this project go out to a competitive tendering process; (c) If no to (b) has the renegotiation been completed with the Roe 8 Alliance; (d) When will this project start; (e) If yes to (a) please table the business case; (f) If no to (e), why not; (g) How many direct jobs will this project create; (h) How many indirect jobs will this project create; and (i) What is the expected completion date?
