Changes to machinery of Government
, and I ask:
(a) can the Premier please provide the specific title, date and author of any reports, documents, studies or other information that has been provided to the Premier that demonstrates that the current structure in the South West Integrated System has resulted in a lack of longer-term planning on electricity market requirements, including energy security; and
(b) will these reports, documents, studies or other information be tabled?

(a-b) The media release dated 10 April 2013 headed 'Changes to Machinery of Government' is based on a Government policy decision. Government undertook appropriate research and consultation, prior to making its policy decision. The reports, documents and studies are subject to Cabinet confidentiality.
