1. The land is zoned Urban in the Metropolitan Region Scheme. Amendment No. 66 to the Town of Bassendean Town Planning Scheme No. 3 rezoning the land to Residential R20/30/60 was gazetted on 2 November 2004. The Western Australian Planning Commission approved a subdivision creating 114 residential lots and two public open space areas on 14 April 2005.
