(b) what legal entity has received the Government funding and via what means;

(a)-(b) As of 17 November 2010, a total of $450,000 in sponsorship milestone payments has been paid to One Movement Pty Ltd in relation to the 2010 event by electronic transfer.
(c) Yes. All payments associated with Eventscorp's contract with One Movement Pty Ltd are milestoned against key deliverables. Milestone payments are only made to One Movement Pty Ltd once Eventscorp receives formal verification that the milestones have been achieved, including the independent auditing of registration figures. Eventscorp's Contract Manager and Executive Director authorise payments.
(i) Tourism Western Australia advises that information relating to the acquittal documents received by Eventscorp are commercially sensitive to third parties from the public and private sector, and that the public release of such information would provide rival host cities and similar competing events with an unfair advantage over Perth. This would have a significant adverse effect on the agency's business, professional, commercial and financial affairs, as well as those of associated third parties. As a matter of procedural fairness to all parties concerned, it would be necessary for this information to be requested through the Freedom of Information process.
