of the minister, Premier and Commissioner of Corrective Services, Brad Royce,
following the tragic death of a 17-year-old boy in Banksia Hill Detention
Centre on Friday, 30 August 2024.
(1) Was the boy previously held at
unit 18, Casuarina Prison?
(2) If yes to (1), when and for how
long?
(3) Was the boy previously held at
Banksia Hill Detention Centre?
(4) If yes to (3), when and for how
long?
(5) If yes to (1) and/or (3), did
the boy attempt self-harm or suicide on any previous occasion?
