I refer to the Minister's decision to authorise a biosecurity rating that covers the Bridgetown Greenbushes Shire, and ask: (a) what was the extent of the consultation that occurred with the affected parties, prior to making the decision to support this rating; (b) why did the Minister not include the shires of Nannup and Boyup Brook in approving a biosecurity rating; (c) were the views of the respective shire councils of Nannup and Boyup Brook significant to the Minister's decision to exclude them from the Biosecurity rating; (d) why are pensioners living in Bridgetown paying $40 while farmers with significant holdings pay $50; and (e) can the Minister confirm the timeline for the review of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 ?
