of agents?
(3) Which

I thank the member for some notice of this question.
(1) The member
with knowledge of the affairs and interests of persons who carry on the
business of buying general produce for the purpose of resale is Mr Basil Lenzo.
(2) The member with knowledge of the affairs and interests of
agents is Mr Peter Cooper.
(3) The member
with knowledge of the affairs and interests of persons by whom or on whose
behalf general produce is grown or produced for sale is Mr Chris Wilkins.
(4) The member
with knowledge of the affairs and interests of consumers of general produce is
Mr Julian Krieg.
(5) The CVs
for each of the members who meet the requirements outlined in parts (1) to (4)
were provided to me on a confidential basis and will not be released without
the members' permission.
Can the member
give me part (6) again?
Hon Ken Travers : In light of your conflict, how did you
appoint the new board on Friday? You appointed them to oversee the sale.
Several members
interjected.
The PRESIDENT : Order! The
question has been asked, let the minister answer it.
Hon KEN BASTON : The management of the board still sits
under the minister, and so that appointment is separate to the sale. It is just
the day-to-day running of the markets.
Hon Ken Travers : Your announcement said it was to manage
the implementation of the sale.
The PRESIDENT : Order! I will
make the point now that effectively that was a supplementary question, which is
allowed in the other place, as we know, but that is introducing a new concept
of questioning in this chamber and unless somebody directs me otherwise, I will
not accept questions like that in the future.
