WATER LICENCES
(1) Will the minister identify the 10 largest licences, by the current annual water entitlement, issued under the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act? (2) In respect of each of those licences, will the minister indicate - (a) the holder of that licence; (b) the location (c) whether the licence is to extract groundwater or surface water; and (d) the annual water entitlement? (3) If no to (1) and/or (2), why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
