I refer to the investigation of the realignment of the Preston River to facilitate future Bunbury Port expansion, and I ask: (a) has the investigation been completed; (b) if yes to (a), has the report been released and, if not, will the Minister table the report; (c) if no to (a), when will the investigation be completed and what is causing the project to be delayed; (d) what has been the cost of the investigation to date; and (e) what is the expected total cost of the investigation?
