Advice sought in collaboration with the City of Perth concludes that the 30-plus storey buildings to be built on The Esplanade will have no impact on the dawn light from the east reaching the Bali Memorial in Kings Park.
Modelling has shown that on 12 October, the sun rises predominantly over future Lot 10 where building height is maximum 20 storeys and will allow the rising sunlight to reach the memorial.
