I refer to heat speed restrictions on Transperth trainlines, and ask:
(a) is there a certain temperature that would cause Perth trainlines to close;
(b) if yes to (a), what is the temperature threshold for each trainline;
(c) if yes to (a), are there contingency plans in place in case trainlines need to close:
(i) what alternative transport options will be provided to meet transport demand; and
(d) in the event of temperatures exceeding the threshold for heat speed restrictions to be implemented, does Transperth offer additional rail replacement buses to make up for transport demand?
