310. Hon Phil Twiss to the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Planning and Lands
I refer to the
damning Auditor General's report, Report 16: Fraud
Risks in Land Transactions by DevelopmentWA , which was released on 28
May 2025.
(1) Has any member of the board of DevelopmentWA,
either existing or former, received any hospitality whatsoever, such as
attendance at corporate boxes or other events, from the purchasers of
properties considered in the case studies of the Auditor General, including when
that hospitality was from an individual who had a commercial, professional or
related interest with the purchaser or their agent for the period from 1 July 2017
to the present?
(2) If yes to (1), can the minister outline the
nature of that hospitality?
(3) Was that
hospitality declared in accordance with the board's requirements?
