I refer to the Minister’s decision to delete the Fremantle Eastern Bypass (FEB) from the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS), and the public submissions received by the initial closing date of March 12 2003 -
(1) How many individual submissions were received by the WAPC by March 12 2003?
(2) Of these, how many -
(a) were in favour of deleting the FEB from the MRS;
(b) opposed deleting the FEB from the MRS; and
(c) sought to attend hearings on the issue of the FEB deletion from the MRS?
(3) Have any community action groups sought to attend hearings on the issue of the FEB deletion from the MRS, and what number of people do they claim to represent?
(4) How many petitions were received by the WAPC by March 12 2003, and what was the total number of signatories of those petitions?
(5) Of these petitions, how many -
