I refer to the letter from the
member for Moore to The West Australian yesterday that stated that all National Party members of Parliament will vote
against the City of Perth legislation.
(1) Is this the position of the
National Party; and, if so, why?

minister communicated this position to the Premier and to his cabinet
colleagues?
