WEST LEEDERVILLE PRIMARY
SCHOOL — ALERT
1111. Hon KEN BASTON to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the stranger danger
alert at West Leederville Primary School on 5 September, when a male approached
two students.
(1) Was the
individual arrested and charged in relation to the incident; and, if so, what
was he charged with?
(2) Was he in breach of any parole
or supervision order conditions; and, if so, which conditions?
(3) Is this individual on a sex
offender register?
(4) If yes to (3), what is his
name?
The PRESIDENT : Minister
for Environment, I do not think you are actually able to answer that last part
of the question.

Madam President, the question that
the member asked is different from the question to which I have an answer.
There are elements of it that are the same. I do not feel confident giving the
member the answer that I have, so let us clear it up and I will provide an
answer on the next sitting day, if that is okay.
Hon Ken Baston : Okay.
