(1) How many reviews, committees, inquiries and taskforces have been established since 31 March 2009?
(2) Will the Minister list all the reviews, committees, inquiries and taskforces that have been established in that period?
(3) What is the name and qualification of each person who heads each review, committee, inquiry and taskforce that has been established?
(4) Will the Minister list the commencement date and completion date for all reviews, committees, inquiries and taskforces that have been established?
(5) Will the Minister list the total cost of sitting fees and the total cost for each of the reviews, committees, inquiries and taskforces that have been established?

Review of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Systems (IR Systems); and
Compliance Management Gateway Review (Gateway Review).
(3) McCusker Foundation - Professor Lyn Beazley AO, Chief Scientist of WA.
Desalination - Mr John Loney, Director, Strategic Policy and Water Services, Department of Water.
IR Systems - Mr Steven Amendola, Industrial Relations Specialist and partner at Blake Dawson Melbourne.
Gateway Review - Mr Paul Wilkins, Consulting Principal, Ajilon,
Mr Karl Johns, Software Solutions Manager, Ajilon,
Mr Lee de Dulin, Business Analyst, Birchman.
(4) McCusker Foundation - Commenced 13 August 2009 (date the Chief Scientist agreed to Chair the Committee and approved recommended panel) completion approximately 18 September 2009.
Desalination - The Committee was formed immediately upon the Chief Scientist's endorsement dated 27 July 2009. The first meeting is yet to be held. The Select Committee concludes on presentation of the final report to the Department of Commerce, possibly October 2009.
IR Systems - the review commenced 27 May 2009 and is scheduled for completion by the end of October 2009.
Gateway Review - commenced 17 June 2009 and was completed by 23 July 2009.
(5) McCusker Foundation - Voluntary panel - no sitting fees. Approximately $100 for catering during Review Meetings.
Desalination - To date, there has been no expenditure but total final cost is estimated to be $1,400.
IR Systems - estimated total final cost of the review is $500,000.
Gateway Review - $44,550 total ($31,350 - Ajilon & $13,200 - Birchman).
(6) McCusker Foundation - voluntary panel - no sitting fees. Approximately $100 for catering during Review Meetings.
