With regard to the proposed WMC Nickel project at Yakabindie, and the ACMC’s recommendations against WMC’s applications to disturb sacred sites, I ask -
(1) Will the Minister table the ACMC’s advice to the Minister in this matter?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Will the Minister state his reasons for overriding the recommendations of the ACMC in this case?
(4) Will the Minister table any documentary evidence in support of his answer to (3)?
(5) Does the Minister consider that his actions have undermined the credibility and effectiveness of the ACMC?
(6) If no to (5), why not?
