In relation to the 27 November 2009 Key Date entry referred to in the report by the Public Sector Commissioner on 18 January 2010 regarding the conflict of interest at Tourism Western Australia with the One Movement funding, I ask, when did the Minister become aware that the Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Western Australia would be referring this issue to the Public Sector Commissioner and what advice did she offer him?

21 December 2009. I advised the then Chief Executive Officer that this course of action, to refer this matter to the Public Sector Commissioner, had my full support.
