without notice 155, asked on the 13 March 2019, regarding youth bail services
in Kununurra.

current service agreement to provide youth bail services in Kununurra expire?
(2) With which
agency or organisation is this service agreement held?
(3) What were the
specific variations to the service agreement, as mentioned in the minister's
answer to part (4)?

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) It is on 31
December 2019.
(2) It is Save the Children Australia, which has
subcontracted Hope Community Services to provide bail services.
(3) There was an
increase in funding, effective 1 July 2018, to provide bail accommodation
services for 365 nights per annum.
