(1) Is there a requirement that complaints relating to workplace bullying are officially recorded?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) For each Department or Agency, how many cases of bullying in the workplace have been reported in the years -
(a) 2003-2004; and
(b) 2004-05 to date?

While this was initially developed for our external clients, the staff of the GSDC are aware that they can similarly lodge complaints, including workplace bullying.
