I refer to page 47 of the 2005-06 Annual Report on State Finances which relates to spending by government purpose classification, and in particular I refer to variations in the purchases of non-financial assets.
Will the Treasurer provide a detailed list of the reasons for the following variations on the amount budgeted and actual expenditure on the purchase of non-financial assets, including details on the type and nature of any specific asset purchases valued at more than $1 million that did not occur as budgeted during this period, and the reasons why these purchases did not occur -
