The Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(1) - (2) The draft documents for the Strategic Assessment are currently being prepared, which include an impact assessment report and Strategic Conservation Plan. It is anticipated the draft documents will be released for a 3 month public comment period from late December 2015 with, if it proceeds, final versions submitted to the Commonwealth Minister for Environment for endorsement and approval in the second half of 2016.
(3) - (14) These details are currently being determined as part of the Strategic Conservation Plan for the Strategic Assessment.
