I refer to the greyhound racing industry in Western Australia, and ask: (a) how many registered trainers were there in Western Australia in: (i) 2012-13; (ii) 2013-14; (iii) 2014-15; and (iv) 2015-16; (b) how many trainers' properties and facilities were inspected since February 2015; (c) of those in (b), how many were recorded to have contravened welfare standards; and (d) how many trainers were awarded breeders' bonuses since 2012-13 and what was the total cost of these bonuses?
