2. Mr Weeks has been the sole director of a private company jointly owned with his wife since its incorporation in 1990.
3. The company has traded as a provider of public sector management consulting services.
4. No. The company last traded prior to Mr Weeks' appointment to the MHSB in May 1999. The New Zealand taxation authorities are aware that the company has ceased trading.
5. Mr Weeks was last in New Zealand and the United Kingdom in connection with his position as a director of the company prior to his employment in Western Australia.
