I refer to the Fitzroy Crossing remote swimming pool.
(1) Who operates the pool?
(2) How many months a year does the pool operate, and how is
the decision about opening times made?
(3) Is the pool currently open?
(4) If not —
(a) how long has it been closed;
(b) why is it closed; and
(c) when will the pool reopen?

(1) The Royal Life Saving Society WA.
(2) It
operates for eight months a year, with opening times decided by the Royal Life
Saving Society WA in consultation with the Fitzroy Crossing community. The
initial opening months were determined in consultation with the community, and
daily opening hours are determined in consultation with the community and its
requirements.
(3) No.
(4) (a) Since the first week of May
2013.
(b) It is closed during winter months
due to climatic conditions.
(c) The first week of September 2013.
