(1) I refer to the answers to question on notice Nos 299 and 386 and ask will the Minister table the contractual arrangements between the Fremantle Football Club and the Health Department for the provision of a Youth Mentor Program that led to procedures pursuant to the discipline provisions of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 being commenced against Mr Shane Houston, formerly, General Manager of the Office of Aboriginal Health?
