(b) recreational?
2. Yes. Eglington in the northern metropolitan area and Port Kennedy in the southern metropolitan area. 3. 28.2 ha is proposed to be zoned Urban. 4. a) None b) The entire marina area at Hillarys is 59ha, of which 30.2 ha is reserved Parks and Recreation and the balance is reserved Waterways. 5. At present there is no formal buffer for the Watsonia factory. The definition of an appropriate buffer for the Watsonia factory is currently being finalised between the DEWCP, City of Cockburn, WAPC, George Weston Foods and representatives of local landowners. I understand that the DEWCP is currently working with Watsonia on measures that it is anticipated will reduce odour emissions in the vicinity of the proposed Urban zone, however, questions in this regard should be directed to the Minister for the Environment.
