policy that stipulates contractorsXXX ###XXX
obligations to employ apprentices on government projects.
(1) In each of
2012–13, 2013–14 and 2014–15, how many contracts were
required to meet Priority Start obligations?
(2) Of the contracts in (1) —
(a) how many contractors met their
obligations under the Priority Start policy;
(b) how many
contractors did not meet their obligations under the Priority Start policy and
on which projects were they contracted; and
(c) what action was taken against
the contractors in (2)(b)?
