(A-J) Western Edge is planned as a long term, future residential estate which will guarantee a steady supply of residential lots to the Hedland region.
The precinct could deliver circa 1,000 lots across the long term life of the project, with subdivision having been approved for the first three stages by the Western Australia Planning Commission (WAPC).
Delivery timeframes are determined by market demand, with 13 single residential lots currently available for purchase, and a further 39 lots to be released in due course.
