representing the Minister for Education:
I refer to the answer provided to
question without notice 1170 asked on 15 October 2024, regarding the school principals' chaplaincy program and the
decision not to renew or extend the grant agreement between the Department of Education and YouthCARE.
(1) Can the minister advise whether principals,
principals associations or any other stakeholders were consulted prior
to the decision to not renew the grant agreement?
(2) If yes to (1), please detail
what consultation occurred and with whom?
(3) If no to (1), why not?
