(1) 230 properties were undergoing normal short term vacated maintenance. A further 552 properties were non lettable and vacant for reasons including: refurbishment; disabled modification; and fire damage.
The above excludes properties being sold or demolished as part of the asset management process.
(2) The Department's target for properties undergoing short term vacated maintenance is 10 days and in July 2009 a state wide average of 10.86 days was achieved.
