(a) what does the term 'partially compliant' in part (1)(a) of the answer refer to;
(b) what aspects of Kenwick and Maddington train stations are not compliant with the
Disability Services Act 1993

(c) what aspects of Kenwick and Maddington train stations are compliant with the
Disability Services Act 1993
;
(d) what is the timeframe for the Maddington station to be upgraded to become compliant with the Act through the Building Better Stations program; and
(e) is Kenwick station to be included in the Building Better Stations program to make it compliant with the Act; and
(i) if not, why not; and
(ii) if yes, when, and what is the timeframe for this upgrade?

(b) Includes: gradient, surfacing, lighting, bay width and gap.
(c) Includes: lighting, seating, audio equipment and information centres.
(d) Work will commence soon.
