(a) Yes
(b) Not applicable
(c) The Burrup and Maitland Industrial Estates Agreement Implementation Deed (BMIEA) was signed in counterparts by each party. It appears that the version tabled in the Legislative Council in 2003 did not include all of these signed counterparts. A fully signed copy of the BMIEA Implementation Deed is available on the Department of the Premier and Cabinet website.

(e) The BMIEA is valid and has been signed by all parties, including all of the Contracting Parties.
