(a) The review has made 5 recommendations: (1) A single whole of Government entry point replace the two existing entry points; (2) Create a customer focused electronic service delivery strategy; (3) Consolidate technology resources; (4) Rationalise and enhance website content; (5) Establish a governance framework allowing development and monitoring of whole of Government website performance indicators and guidelines.
