(2a) 337 FTE. (see tabled paper no.)
(2b) 69 FTE are subject to advertising processes (see tabled paper no.)
(2c) Of the remaining 268 FTE vacant positions:
- 52 FTE have appointments pending
- 33 FTE are subject to structural review
- 183 FTE are vacant (these include 99FTE new 2008/09 budget positions). Positions are in the process of being recruited.

(4) 181 FTE. (see tabled paper no.)
(5) 674 FTE (see tabled paper no.)
(6) 121 FTE (see tabled paper no.)
