Can the Minister for Education and Training: (a) provide a list of all election commitments and specify the monetary value, project funded or area of contribution for each primary school, high school and community college in Darling Range; (b) outline which election commitments have been fulfilled and which have not been fulfilled; and (c) for those that have not been fulfilled, please provide an explanation as to why and when this funding is to be expected?

Election Commitment
Description
Improved Teacher Quality
Additional funding has been provided to schools to enable improved classroom learning, through Level 3 classroom teachers mentoring, teaching and sharing their knowledge about classroom teaching practice with other teachers at their school.
Mental Health
The additional support for delivery of mental health programs targeted initiative is provided to schools to enable Level 3 classroom teachers to promote student wellbeing and provide opportunities for students to develop mental health knowledge, skills and competencies.
Putting Education Assistants (EAs) Back in the Classroom
An additional 300 education assistants to be provided to Western Australian public schools.
Science Programs
Grants for Science Resources to Support the Western Australian Curriculum - Science Programs
Capital Infrastructure
A new primary school to be constructed on Lawrence Way, Byford.
Local Projects, Local Jobs
The Local Projects, Local Jobs program is a one-off initiative that provides grants to selected community organisations, such as schools and not-for-profit organisations, to deliver important upgrades to facilities and specific projects.
Election commitment allocation by school in the Darling Range electorate are listed in the attached document.

The 2020 allocation of additional education assistants will be provided in the 2020 school year. Byford South East Primary School (Planning Name) is on schedule to open in 2020.
Funding for the Local Projects, Local Jobs commitments has been provided to all schools, with all six projects being acquitted and completed.
